Catching Up and Current Crushes: My Week in a Nutshell

Thanksgiving is in just a few days; truthfully, I can’t believe it. I always say this in my blogs but where has the time gone? This Thanksgiving we’ll be splitting it between my boyfriend’s family’s house along with my family’s house. I am anticipating a lot of laughs, smiles, and food! The days leading up to it you’ll find me making my Feta Pasta to bring as a side, along with some gluten-free cookies, which we’ll chat about in a bit.

Makeup favorite
I showed this over on my Instagram but I found my new Holy Grail Mascara, the best part it is a drugstore product so it is affordable for everyone and easily accessible! The Maybelline Falsies Surreal Extensions Washable Mascara in Blackest Black is now my must-have mascara.

The mascara claims to, “Extend your lash reality with Maybelline’s The Falsies Surreal Extensions Washable Mascara for +36% length and surreal impact with 10X volume” and let me tell you, they are right. My lashes look SO much longer, even after one coat. They provide my lashes with such a curl and such volume that literally lasts all day. Don’t believe me? Watch my video below.

Food products I love
I mentioned briefly you will find me baking some gluten-free cookies this week. My latest food obsession is these Sweet Loren’s cookies. I have tried the chocolate chip, gingerbread, and mint cookies, and oh my gosh guys you need them all. These cookies are gluten-free and vegan. Let me start off by saying that some gluten-free stuff, you can try and instantly tell they are gluten-free. These you can’t! They are super moist, and the best part they are easy to make. Literally, they come precut, so pop them in your oven for like 12 minutes, and boom you’re done. The easiest way to make a dessert.

New on the blog
Check out my last blog post, “Balancing Work and Life: Tips for Achieving Harmony and Fulfillment” where you will find tips on how to build a healthy balance between work and life, something that I know I struggle with, especially working from home.

Today we will be decorating for Christmas and I am oh so excited. I love setting up the tree and bringing some Christmas Joy to the house. I will be sharing some pictures, along with what I purchased over on Instagram, so be sure to Check it out.

Lastly, I want to give my thanks and recognize every single one of you who has been with me over the past few years. You guys have supported me through so much and encouraged me during times I felt like giving up on social media. Giving you all a virtual hug, and wishing you an amazing Thanksgiving.
