This past weekend, I went to Nashville, Tennessee, for a bachelorette party. We had an amazing time there, but finding an itinerary was a bit difficult. I worked with my friend to make a fun weekend away that everyone in our group of 7 would enjoy. Keep reading for Nashville bachelorette party ideas and affordable bachelorette party options in Nashville.

We all flew in from Jersey to Nashville on a Saturday morning. Don’t worry about flying in on a Saturday; the days and nights are still popping. Truthfully, going in May was a great idea; it was warm but not insanely hot, and the lines to get into bars were not too long.
We checked into our Airbnb early; half of us went food shopping and to the liquor store, while the other half stayed back to decorate for the bride. We got some sandwiches at Publix at this point because we were starving.

Once we got back to the Airbnb, it was around 430 PM, and we ate, saw the decorations, got ready, and started pregaming before going to dinner. We had dinner reservations for 8 PM at Hamptom Social. This place has such an Instagram vibe. Make reservations in advance if you can. They have a rooftop, which is where we sat, and also an indoor area. Note that the rooftop has a limited section of food. I am gluten-free, but they had gluten-free pizza, which was pretty good. The drinks here were good as well! The staff was super nice. There were a lot of bachelorettes going on, so expect party vibes.

After dinner, we headed to Hunk-O-Mania, aka Strippers. Our show was from 1030PM-1230AM. This show was not for the faint of heart; truthfully, some moves had me going, “WHAT?!”. I do think the dancers can tell who wants to be touched vs. who doesn’t, which is nice. They also have some contests for the bride and random people in the audience. We upgraded at the last minute to get closer seats to the stage and champagne, and the bride was supposed to get a sash and tiara. She didn’t get the sash or tiara, but she did get a lot of attention. This show was pretty raunchy, so if your bride isn’t into that, I’d skip it.
After the show, we were so beat from our long travel day that we went to bed.
Sunday:

We started off the morning with an easy breakfast at the Airbnb, then at 1130 AM, we headed off to goat yoga at Shenanigoats. This was such an amazing experience; it was more like playing with goats than yoga, which I honestly loved. Goats are just so cute. Our instructor was amazing and seriously strong. She lifted all of us individually by her legs so we were in a Superman pose, and a goat was placed on our backs. She did a lot of other things with us and showed us other activities to do by ourselves. Beware if you go here though; the goats will chew on your shirts. I didn’t mind though; they were so cute. Be sure to wear a T-shirt and longer leggings because their hooves will scratch you.

After goat yoga, we went back to the Airbnb for lunch and just napped and relaxed. We then started getting ready for our nicer dinner. We had dinner reservations at 8 PM at the Skulls Rainbow Room. They had live singers and a band and had such an amazing vibe. At night, they offer a burlesque show, which we skipped, but it would have been cool to see. Most things on the menu were gluten-free. I had the red wine demi-braised braised ribs, which came with veggies and a mashed potato. The short rib literally melted in your mouth; you didn’t even need a fork. This was honestly the best meal I’ve had in a long time. The drinks were delicious, strong, and flavorful.

After the restaurant, we did a scavenger hunt, so we split into two different teams and just went in! We went to a few different bars in Printers Alley, like All Saints, which is a speakeasy, and we visited both bars. the Whiskey Shot Bar, and then lastly, Ms. Kelli’s Karaoke Bar. The bride sang at Karaoke, and we closed the place down and left at 3 AM. After that, we decided to go home and get some much-needed sleep.

Monday:
We ate some breakfast at the Airbnb again and got dressed because we were going line dancing at Stomping Grounds. We decided to go all out—cowboy boots, wig, and cowboy hat—and it was a lot of fun! We took a few shots before heading into the Uber and had another drink at the bar below before class started for some liquid courage. This was a lot of fun! We were taught a basic line dance, which the whole class voted on. Then I learned a more advanced line dance. Beware, we forgot the first line dance the minute we started the second! They also sent out recordings about two weeks later to see how we did. I am so excited to get that!

After line dancing, we got some food, and we went bar hopping! We hit up Honky Tonk Central, which is a must in Nashville. There are three different levels, each with its own band. This place was so much fun! Their drink “Sweet as a Peach” was actually my favorite. Then we went to Nudies Honky Tonk, then Whiskey River Saloon, where the bride got to ride a bull for free.
After a long day of bar hopping and dancing, we were tired, so we went to the Airbnb. We ordered it and got it delivered from Doordash. Then we played some games. One rule of the bachelorette is that each girl has to bring a game, so Monday night was game night. One girl made a recording asking the groom-to-be some questions, and while we watched, we had the bride-to-be answer. Another game was the panty game, where everyone bought her a pair of pants and we had her guess who brought what. You can find them here on Amazon, but you get into two teams, strap the fake penis on your head, throw the rings, and try to toss them on the penis. Whichever team gets all their rings on their penis wins! Another girl bought a ton of rings off Amazon and hid them around the hotel, so anyone who found them needed to take a shot. Other people brought card games, like who’s most likely?” or telestrations. It is a great way to have a more low-key night at the Airbnb while keeping busy.

Tuesday:
One girl left early Tuesday morning, so it was down to the six of us. Again, we had breakfast at the Airbnb, and then we had a pedal tour through NAME at 2 PM. We wore our matching shirts and then our cowboy hats. This tour was so fun that it is BYOB (all alcohol has to be under 8%, so check the percentage). The tour is about 1.5–1.75 hours. Our host, Amber, was excellent; she made it so much fun. You have to help pedal, although there is a motor just to help move, so call your friends that are not moving! There were drinking games, and halfway through the tour, they stopped at the Whiskey Bar, where we could use the restroom and take a shot for just $8 each. Afterward, she took us to a parking lot near another bar or shop, where we were able to shop and get souvenirs. Our plans went a little off track; I’ll list our original plans below. But after shopping, we rode scooters into the bar area in Nashville and went to Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge and got a few drinks. We stayed there for a while. After the bar, we went to ACME to get some food; they also had gluten-free options here. The food was great! After dinner, we went back to the Airbnb and packed up a little bit. Some of us were tired from the long day and went to bed, while others stayed up a bit longer and then went to bed.

Original Plan: After the pedal tour, we wanted to go shopping and check out some of the murals around Nashville (which I wish we got to do), then we were going to go back to the Airbnb for face masks and eye masks and do an at-home spa day with wine on our rooftop! It was truly a great ending for such a busy few days.
Wednesday:
We packed up the rest of our stuff, ate what we could out of the fridge, and called our Uber to pick us up at 10AM. Our flight was at 1222PM, and back to Jersey we went.
Nashville bachelorette party tips:
- Make reservations when you can for any and all activities far in advance.
- Find the murals you want to see before, so you can quickly stop. Some have lines but others may not so have a few on hand.
- I feel like four days would have been enough time in Nashville, if you plan accordingly.
- Bring sneakers, you do a lot of walking.
- Dinner and drinks can get pricy talk to your group about budgeting, and drink beforehand. See when you can cook at home.
- Do some activities at the Airbnb too, like games, spa nights, etc. It’s a great balance.
- Check and see if a hotel better suits your needs, because otherwise you will have to Uber to places and it can add up. With those Uber expenses, it may make sense to go with a hotel.
- The scavenger hunt was a great idea, it pushed the girls to be competitive, and also got us moving!
