My Thoughts: 

I have been using this product every time I work out along with a sweat workout band. I apply this on my stomach and on my back as well. Well guys, let me tell you this makes me sweat so much!! I actually love it! 

There is no scent to it at all, and you don’t even need that much! I just apply a small layer- about a quarter size amount to cover my front stomach, and my lower back. I make sure to rub it in very evenly. It is a clear color. For me it starts working about 5 minutes after I start working out- like when I finish warming up. 

I have noticed a difference with this when I use it, and when I don’t. I’ve used this when I walk on the treadmill, or workout on the elliptical. The difference in my sweat is noticeable. I feel like it has helped me lose water weight as well. I don’t have any reaction to this, besides that my skin feels so so soft!  This is seriously such a great product if you are looking for something that is natural, to help make you lose weight. You can use this all over your body, like arms, legs, stomach and back. I really love using it with a workout band, but you don’t have to! This is one product that I will continue to use to help me achieve my shape goal because it has helped me a lot so far. I am feeling more confident in my skin. Using this, along with swapping lunch for salads, and working out a bit more have helped me so much. So thank you to Herbal Dynamics.
