I have been using this slimming machine for about a month and a half, I have so say I haven’t been 2-3 times a week consistent because it has been a crazy few months, but I have used it enough to give you all some tips!

Again I want to say I am not a doctor, so please consult your doctor before using this device.

Lotion: I have gotten so many questions about this and honestly I have done so much research and I am not sure what lotion to use. The website did’t even recommend any, which is pretty odd. So i have been using this product, lotion-less.

Any difference: Honestly, I don’t see a difference. I know I haven’t been super consistent, but with the amount of times I have used this, I feel like I should be able to see some kind of difference already. But, I haven’t seen any results. Has anyone else?

Favorite Setting: The only setting I do really like is that heat one. I don’t know if it makes a difference, but I do feel the heat on it, so I feel like that is it working. I do use it without a lotion or gel and I feel something. But again, even though I feel it, I don’t see a difference. So it just makes me think the machine gets hots, but doesn’t really do anything.

Final thoughts: I think I want to use this again, more consistently to give you all a better review. But for right now, I say save your money. I wouldn’t purchase this, nor recommend it to you all. I haven’t seen a difference. The instructions were hard to understand (thank goodness for my mom) and there is no information about the gel. Truthfully I feel like there are more negatives than positives right now.
