I have used abut 3 CBD oils in my life, and I have to say Prism is the one I see the most results with which is super surprising to me. Prism contacted me and asked to try their product in exchange for an honest review.

Before I start this review I want to state to please talk to your doctor if you want to try out CBD, I am in no way a doctor.

I have been using this for about a week now, in the vanilla flavor and truthfully I love it. This CBD oil is 1000mg and you only need 2-3 drops! Prism produces the highest-quality CBD oil, using organic growing practices and ingredients, only natural flavors, they also only source out of the USA and all of our products are vegan.

The CBD oils come in natural flavors like mint, cinnamon, vanilla, mint chocolate, blood orange, and natural!

What is CBD oil?

“CBD oil is derived from cannabis plants that contain high levels of cannabidiol (CBD) and negligible levels of THC. The CBD oil harvested by PrismCBD is completely legal and is not considered a drug. It always contains less than 0.3% THC.

CBD extracts can be consumed in paste form or mixed with hemp seed oil in order to thin out the solution.

Also called hemp oil, CBD oil contains varying levels of cannabidiol depending on the actual cannabis plant it was extracted from and the preparation technique applied.

All CBD oil products from PrismCBD contain high concentrations of cannabidiol with less than 0.3% THC.”

One thing that they taught me is that Full spectrum CBD has trace amounts of THC in it. This causes zero psychoactive affect whatsoever, and is very trace. The legal limit in the US for THC in hemp products is .3% or less, and all of their products are way below this limit. You can check that by scanning any QR code on their products with your phone to pull up the individual batch’s third party lab test results.

One question I got a lot in my DMs on Instagram was: If it has trace amounts of THC and I use this everyday will it show up on a drug test?

Here was Prisms response: “As far as the drug testing goes, it isn’t certain whether the trace amounts “will” or “will not” show up on a drug test… but with continuous use of Full Spectrum CBD (which is normal and usual, since you should take it at least one-Two times daily) it’s possible that the trace amounts of THC can build up in the system and show… so if there are first-responders or people subject to rebuke drug testing, we suggest using the Isolate CBD (Zero THC) just to be safe! Our gummies are also Isolate :))”

Some other questions that I got are: What is CBD? I actually took this answer from their website!

“CBD stands for Cannabidiol (can•na•bi•di•ol). It is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in the plant genus Cannabis Sativa. CBD accounts for up to 40% of the plant. The other prominent cannabinoid identified in cannabis is tetrahydrocannabinol or THC. Since they present the highest concentrations in the plant, CBD and THC are the most recognized and studied compounds.

CBD is the non-psychoactive component of the plant while THC is the primary psychoactive constituent of cannabis. CBD offers a wide range of benefits without the “high” that is caused by THC.

The endocannabinoid system of the human body is responsible for regulating internal balance (homeostasis) and maintaining healthy cells. Endocannabinoids increase euphoria and reduce the perception of pain during exercise. Cannabidiol is another way of creating this feeling and boosting our overall well-being.”

What is the difference between hemp and marijuana (cannabis)?

“There are two different types of CBD oil products — hemp-based CBD oil and marijuana-based CBD. Industrial hemp and marijuana may come from the same Cannabis Sativa plant but they have a drastically different genetic profile. Industrial hemp is an exclusive strain of Cannabis Sativa. Marijuana, on the other hand, can be Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica, or Cannabis Ruderalis.

The key difference is in the parts of the plant extracted to make the product. Industrial hemp has long and strong natural fibers while marijuana is full of flowering buds. Modern technology has allowed American growers to produce industrial hemp with more flowers and higher yields of cannabinoids.

Marijuana-based CBD contains high amounts of THC with very low CBD. Hemp-based CBD oil naturally has a very high amount of CBD and only trace amounts of THC.

In the United States, Section 7606 of the Agricultural Appropriations Act of 2014 considers industrial hemp as legal only if it contains less than 0.3% of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) per dry unit.

The cannabinoid profile of hemp is ideal for people who want the benefits of CBD without the “high” from psychoactive compounds.”

I have been using the vanilla flavor for about a week now and love it! I’ve tried other CBD oils and always hated the taste, but the vanilla tastes pretty good!

It has helped me sleep better through the night, I wake up so much less. I feel like I sleep deeper and wake up more refreshed.

It helps keep me calm! I tried it while I was cleaning my room with a bit of nerves and seriously it helped calm me down so much.

As you guys know I have R.A. This has helped my rheumatoid arthritis pain so much. My joints feel less achy and it makes me feel better.

This even helps me with anxiety. I suffer from pretty bad anxiety and this helps to calm me down and relax a little bit more.
