I work full time, on the computer, that is a solid 8 hours 5 days a week. Then add in me editing my videos, plus add in me on Instagram networking and posting, plus add in me writing and editing for my blog. All I can say is that I have a lot of screen time each week, which isn’t the best for eyes.

I didn’t know these glasses exist! As a college student, most of my homework requires me to use my laptop for long stretches of time. Aside from school work, I also use the computer for about 5 hours at work and check Instagram on my breaks. These glasses are a great idea to protect my eyes from all the screen time.
