Another Mask Monday for you ATFB Fam! This week’s Mask Monday is about Pixi’s Peel & Polish Mask. I received this in PR, but you can purchase it here for $24 USD.

Honestly, I have not used Pixi skincare, besides the toner, before receiving this PR package, but now? Now I am hooked on it.

So here is some information on the mask itself:

• This radiance revealing enzyme peel resurfaces for smoother, softer skin, and a healthy looking glow
• Natural fruit enzymes loosen dead skins cells, lactic acid gently exfoliates, cellulose peels & sugar extracts polishes, lifting away dullness revealing brighter skin

• Paraben free

How I applied it/directions:

• Step 1: Apply to dry face and neck
• Step 2: Leave for 2 min to let the enzymes activate
• Step 3: Rinse off an d pat dry
• Step 4: For a more intense polish effect using your fingertips, gently massage face and neck in a circular motion
Use: In the AM and or PM 2-3 times per week

So I applied a layer onto my skin, it looked about my skin color and just felt grainy. I set an alarm for 2 minutes and let it sit. I didn’t feel any tingling or cooling sensation. After the 2 minutes I just rubbed around my nose and my cheek pores for a few seconds, and again while I was washing it off. I pat dried my face and I did an intense night cream because the new acne medication I am on dried out my face. So after basically continue with your normal skincare routine.

My Thoughts:

I have only used this once and I love it so much!!! Seriously it is one of the best masks I have used! My skin doesn’t get red or irritated after and during the process my skin doesn’t feel tingly. I like that, because the tingling feeling can sometimes aggravate my sensitive skin.

But after, my skin even looked and felt better!! So you know when you need to do a nose strip, to help get rid of some of the bumpy feelings on your nose? But you’re a tad bit lazy? That was me this week. WELL, this literally made those bumps go away!!! My blackheads disappeared, my skin felt smoother, softer and looked so much healthier! The best part is it was SO fast! Literally just 2 minutes and you wash off! During that, floss your teeth, brush them, do anything! It’s super fast and great for my lazy days!

This is probably one of my favorite masks and works soo well after one use. So seriously, looking for a good, fast mask, give this a try!
