Here are the directions: “Remove strip from pouch. Twist strip to loosen and separate slits prior to use (see illustration on package) After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose. The strip won’t stick on a dry nose Dry hands. Peel strip off plastic liner. Apply to nose area, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin Let dry for about 10-15 minutes until stiff to the touch – like papier-mache Slowly and carefully peel off starting at edges, pulling toward center.”

So first, I always wet my nose before I put this on, and I like how there are little slits in it because it gets on your whole nose because you can position it, and stays on as well! So I leave this on for 10 minutes.

When I take it off it does hurt a little bit because it really sticks to your skin. It really sticks on my nose, it feels like paper-mache! But then once it is off I can see all of the gunk that came right off of my nose! It’s nasty but it just looks so cool! It’s my guilty pleasure! LOL.

My nose looks so much clearer after I take it off. It also feels a lot smoother. I always follow up with my normal skincare routine. I try and do this about once a week or once every other week depending on how my skin looks. I don’t notice it looking less oily, but I do notice right after I take it off my nose is a little dry. I just do a deep moisturizer and I feel so much better!

This stuff is my favorite, I have been using it for years and I notice it really does help clear up my nose.
