Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Palette

IMG_1550I’m a little late to this game but I am so happy to say I have the Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Palette. I was debating getting it for the longest time. When I first saw it I fell in love with all the colors, but I was skeptical because I have so many palettes. After seeing so many looks with this I decided to splurge and get it. I am so happy I did.

The Norvina Eyeshadow Palette retails for $42 and contains 14 shades.

This palette is everything. Let me start off with the packaging. The material of the palette is velvety-suede . It’s purple with Norvina in a white block style and  Anastasia Beverly Hills in a gold. IMG_1551

The theme of the palette is very Norvina herself. It features a lot of purples, pink, glitters, and pastels. The palette features seven metallic-like shadows and seven creamy matte colors.

Now onto the colors themselves. Every single color is so pigmented. Every color feels so buttery and smooth. It is super easy to apply each shadow and each shadow is actually extremely bendable too!

IMG_1552With this palette you can make a neutral everyday look or you can go big. I like to apply the metallic shadows with my finger just so it is a little brighter, but the brush works perfectly.

I love how it comes with a brush and a big mirror- so easy for on the go.

The only “negative” comment is there is a lot of fallout. I don’t mind it because this palette is just so beautiful but I know of a few people who won’t buy it because there is so much fallout. A tip I learned was just tap the brush against the palette before you put it on your eye to take off excess powder. Make sure you just lightly dip your brush into the pan for less fallout.IMG_1553

Seriously if you’re on the fence about this palette I say go ahead and treat-ya self. The colors are just so beautiful and vibrant. It is so creamy and easy to work with. You can do so many looks with this palette. I just want to use it everyday!

I have googled so many looks with this palette and I just find myself wanting to try more. My favorite is when I use incense as the transition shade in the crease, eccentric below the crease and on the lower lash line. I use passion and do the halo style- meaning I put it on my outer v and inner eye then use summer and rose gold in the middle and celestia which blends into passion. That is my favorite eye-look with this palette so far.

You can purchase it here.

Have you tried this palette? What do you think?

Melissa
