I received this sunscreen in my Fab Fit Fun Summer Box. It retails for $32 USD. You can purchase it here.
It is formulated with certified organic, vegan, and gluten-free properties. It’s perfect for a beach day to help moisturize your skin and provide a SPF 50 protectant. It’s “an 80-minute water resistant, lightweight SPF 50 face sunscreen infused with evening primrose and linseed oils to reduce redness, even skin tone and balance moisture.”
I tried this sunscreen when I laid out in my backyard on a hot, humid weekend. Usually, sunscreen and my oily skin don’t mix well together. I always feel greasy and end up breaking out the next day.
First I noticed that it goes on super smooth. A little goes a long way, you just need a pea sized amount. The consistency is just right too, not too thick that it sits on top of your skin, it sort of melts into your skin which I like. It doesn’t leave any white residue behind and doesn’t make your face feel greasy. I also love how this product is made with healthy ingredients.
It doesn’t smell like your typical sunscreen either, it has a soothing white tea scent to it. My face doesn’t look shiny or feel sticky. It felt like I had nothing on.
Now two day’s later, and I’m still not breaking out, which is a first for me. I sat outside for an hour each day, and while the rest of me got a little red, my face stayed the same color!
This brand has other SPF products with different scents and even a spray. I would love to try those out next.
Directions:
-Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
-Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours
I laid out for 1 hour and only applied it once, 15 minutes before going out and it still protected my face.
What’s your favorite sunscreen?

Melissa
