One of the most important things in my content creator sphere is honesty. I always want to be transparent with you all, always. So today, I am going to be sharing my experience with a company I have collaborated with before.

When I worked with this company, the communication was great, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I tried the extensions for a while, and I loved the product. They were easy to style, blended well, and used them often. With this partnership, I received the extensions for free and was able to give my honest review. I then received a commission on every sale, meaning every person who used my code or link, received a small portion of that sale.
I remember in the beginning, I would get my commission during that 30-day window, then slowly it turned into I would have to constantly email my contact for my commission and I would get paid weeks late. Now, I have money that was not paid to me. Which, truthfully it sucks that I put a lot of work and effort into my video, my blog posts, pasting my codes, and they are not holding up their end of the deal. This has been going on for a while.
I have then received comments on my blog, and a few emails which have stated they have the worst customer service, no communication, and bad shipping times.
The point of this post, is I am not continuing my partnership with MOHT. I cannot disable my code, as they have to do that, and they are not communicating with me but I will link this post to all of my videos and posts. I do not want to represent a brand that will not respond to its customers, that does not do next-day shipping as promised, and that provides bad communication to its customers. That is not a company I want to be associated with, it does not align with my values.
I also want to warn other influencers out there about this company. It seems like they start off with great communication, but then will leave you cold and dry. Please, beware before you work, or buy anything from this company.
