I love making different cocktails at home, so much so that we have one big cabinet worth of liquor. My favorite drink that I have been making for years is the Aperol Spritz cocktail. I order it at the food court in our local mall, often. It just reminds me of sunshine, and has this beautiful golden orange sunset color to it. I sip on it throughout the year, just to mentally transport me back to summer. It truly is one of my favorite refreshing summer drinks.
Today I am going to share my Aperol Sprtize recipe.
Aperol Spritz ingredients:
Wine glass
Aperol
Prosecco
Club soda
Orange to garnish
How to make a classic aperol spritz:
Add ice to your wine glass
Pour 3 oz. of Aperol into your glass
Pour 3 oz. of Prosecco into your glass
Pour 1 oz. of club soda into your glass
Top with an orange slice.
Stir and enjoy!
