This is a fun dessert I recently tried out and wanted to share with you. I am such an ice cream lover but it’s high in points on the green team, so I thought I’d try a healthier version of ice cream. Let me tell you, this is actually super filling too I’m shocked!

This dish contains smartpoints for the green team. Other teams may have different point values- always make sure to correct the point value due to your team.

So for this you’ll need:
2 TBSP Fat Free Reddi Wip (0 SP)
8 GM Lily’s Stevia Sweetened Caramelized & Salted Chocolate (1 SP)
1 TBSP Honey (4 SP)
1/2 CUP Strawberries (0 SP)
1/2 CUP Blueberries (0 SP)
1 COOKIE Kinnikinnick S’moresables Grahm Cracker (2 SP)
3/4 CUP Low Fat Greek Plain Yogurt (3 SP)

So this dish is specifically made gluten free! I have been gluten free for about 4 years- so if you adjust anything in this recipe be sure to adjust the points.

You can swap out the fruits for other fruits of your choice. Also, honey is high in smartpoints (SP) so you can always use a 0 calorie sweetener for less SP.

Take the Low Fat greek yogurt and put 3/4 cup in a bowl. Cut up the strawberries and place them and in the blueberries in the yogurt. Take the chocolate and chop it up, then place it in the yogurt. Next take the graham crackers and smash them up and put it in the yogurt. Then take the honey and drizzle it on top. Then mix everything together. Lastly take the 2 tablespoons of the fat free Reddi Wip and put it on top. Then boom done!
