Here is my experience: 

First, you have to make a mold of your teeth, but truthfully this step is just so darn easy! The directions they sent out were super simple to follow and it was very easy to do. They even included photos of what a good mold looks like which is super helpful! So I sent my mold in and waiting for the trays to come back. I got my trays back super fast too!

I was so excited to use this! I then whitened my teeth, I started off with 45 minutes because I didn’t want my sensitive teeth to hurt. Truthfully, the first few times my teeth were pretty sensitive, even with the de-sensitive gels. But, my teeth did get used to it after a few times. I also made sure to space my whitening apart and I have been doing the whitening 2-3 times a week for just 45 minutes each time. I do it before bed so ensure I do not eat anything after!

One other small issue I endured was I felt like the whitening gel was coming out of the top of the tray. Well, turns out I was putting the gel too far up the tray! After putting them where they are supposed to go- about halfway I didn’t have any issues with the gel coming out of the tray. Also, you want to make sure you are not using too much of the gel, each 3ML syringe delivers 3-4 applications (both top and bottom teeth).

My thoughts:

Honestly, I love smile Brilliant. I see a difference in my teeth! My years of coffee and wine drinking have caught up to me. I noticed the most difference in my videos. The results are amazing!
