So here is the whole process. I filled out a questionnaire online. They asked me specific questions like,  color of my natural hair, which is brown, hair type, I have thick, wavy hair. How many times I shampoo my hair, which is about 2-3 times a week. Where would I spend the next few months because humidity, and air pollution affect our hair! I never thought about that!  It also asked the scent I wanted I went with strong! My hair goals, I chose anti frizz, help split ends, manageability, glossiness and curl definition. Then it told me my formulation.

If you guys don’t know, I have light brown hair, but I dye it blonde every months or so. Because my hair is bleached I often find that my hair can be dry, depending on the weather. I normally don’t get split ends but that is because I only straighten or curl my hair for special occasions. Basically, I let my hair do whatever it wants, whenever it wants. But I wanted my hair to feel softer, look shiny, and to detangle easier!

The shipping time is pretty fast too! I received my goodies in less than a week! When I received my shampoo and conditioner they came in the cutest modern bottle. One bottle is white, one is black so you can differentiate the difference between both easily!

So I have been using this Shampoo and Conditioner set for about a month now and ladies and gents! I love it! First, it is important that you read the directions, only use 4 pumps of the shampoo and conditioner, you only need 4 pumps. If I can do 4 pumps and get it through my mane you all can too!

So I just shampoo and condition normally. Sometimes I leave the conditioner on for a little longer so that my hair can really get soft, and then I just rinse it out!

Now onto the good stuff, when I brush out my wet hair, my hair literally brushes out soo easy! There aren’t as many knots, and where they are, they come out so much easier and a lot less painful. There is not filmy feeling in my hair and when my hair air dries it feels so soft. My hair just feels really clean and moisturized after I use this shampoo and conditioner! My curls are also looking better than ever! They are defined and hold themselves very well! I wish I took some before and after photos of my hair. But overall my hair just feels, and looks so much healthier.

I haven’t even thought of it before but having your shampoo and conditioner made for you makes such a difference. I even noticed that my hair gets less oily! So I shampoo and condition my hair less (which is a huge timesaver for me).

The shampoo and conditioner smell amazing! It makes my whole bathroom smell very good. It has a strong at dawn scent which consists of roses, green apple, and crispy pear. It even leaves your hair smelling great, but not over powerful. But you can customize how strong you want your scent to be.

I really loved the customer service and how open the company is to feedback! They send you  a survey to fill out and you can be so open and honest with it. I love how they adjust their products to that! I love a company that works together to fix their brand with the advice they use. More companies should be open to that.
