It is described as, “Made up of 12 highly pigmented shades, the Nightingale palette is sure to help you create your best looks. The matte, shimmer and satin shades are soft in texture and the luxuriously smooth formula makes for easy blending and long-wear.”

First, the packaging is so cute. The palette flips open, and it has a nice sized mirror on the top. The pan size of the eye shadow is really good too! They are long rectangles making it easy to dip your brush in.

They say it’s a smokey eye shadow palette but I feel like it can be used for everyday looks too! There are a lot of browns, and even some blue/greys that I can’t wait to play with. The few times I have played with this I used more of the brown colors for a light smokey look or daytime look.

It really does have everything that you need, a transition shade, shimmer shades, matte shades, darker shades, eyebrow highlight, inner corner shade, literally everything you need!

The colors blend together soo easily too! They are also very pigmented, so go in with a light hand. I thought the darker shades would be hard to work with, but it’s perfect! There’s no fallout with this palette either! There is a bit of kickback when you dip your brush in it, but nothing too much.

I feel like this palette can really take you from day to night!
