I have been going lighter on my eyeliner lately. Before I would always use a dark black liner and fill my waterline, and my top lashes too.  Now on a daily, I just line my top lashes, and I’m done.

I received this color in my June Boxy Charm in the shade Charcoal. This retails for $5 USD, check it out here. I really liked this shade because it was dark, but it was not too dark for my everyday look.

This color was actually pretty pigmented. I don’t have to press hard or go over the area multiple times to receive a good color which I love. It is super creamy, or as I like to say, “it goes on like butter.” It is so easy to apply. 

But, that is it for the positives. I actually didn’t like this liner! Throughout the day the liner got smudgy, and even came off in areas, especially my water line. They say it is long lasting, but it did not last long on me at all.  I feel like at the end of the day I had raccoon eyes, and that never happens to me.

I really had high hopes for this liner, but this one just did not do it for me. Longevity for eyeliners is important to me, and this one just not stand the test. I tried this liner with, and without a primer too (at least on the top lashes) and it did not last long.  I did a bit of research and found other people who had dry or oily skin had this issue too.
