I received this Beauty Creations Matte Lip Gloss in the shade Sweet Heart in my May BoxyCharm. You can check it out here.

This lipstick is a pink mauve which is my go-to color. I fell in love with this lippie the moment I swatched it. It goes on like a gloss which I love, then dries to a matte lipstick. It dries pretty quick too, less than 3 minutes. I like that it transforms because it makes mistakes easier to clean up. I hate it when I mess up a lippie when I apply it then end up with a huge stain around my mouth.

So the texture and the color are a huge plus for me. Next the formula. Check, I’m in love. It’s a matte but doesn’t leave my lips super dry either.  It feels like I’m not wearing anything on my lips

Lastly, the most important thing, does it have long staying power? Sorta! Depending on what I eat that day effects the staying power. I’ll apply this lippie at 745 a.m., and I’ll possibly reapply around 5 p.m. if I’m going to an event and want a vibrant color. Otherwise I’ll just take it off at 9/10 p.m. when I take off my makeup. Usually by that time the color is still there but there’s less of it, or it’s not as pigmented and turns into a stain.
