It’s a gloomy day here in New Jersey. The sun’s trying to peak out but it’s still drizzling on and off. I thought an OOTD post would try and spruce up the day.

 

My outfit is basically a lazy/comfy girls dream to looking cute at work. I received a ton of compliments, little do they know I just threw it on!

This picture was taken in the back room at work. I also found a cute little giraffe friend to pose with 🙂 . This jumper is from LOFT, find it here. Crafted of rayon and spandex it has a super light, airy feel making it perfect for a muggy or hot day.  It feels like I’m wearing PJ’s to work which is perfect for a lazy day. I love how you can tie it to give your body a little shape. The wide, high, flair leg makes this easy to pair with flats or wedges. It also has a scoop neck without it being too low cut. This jumper also has, drumroll please….. pockets! Pockets make everything 100% better!

The open back of this jumper is my favorite, it has a bit of a simple scoop back with cutouts. I paired it with a white cardigan from Amazon, check it out here, just because it gets a little chilly at work.  Although my job is pretty casual, I also didn’t want a lot of my upper back showing. This jumper is perfect to wear to work if you’re going out for dinner after. The back brings it daytime to night-time ready.

I decided to go with nude flats from payless, check them out here. These cute flats have a medallion emblem on the top and feature a square toe. These have been my go to shoes for the Spring. They do get dirty pretty easily because of the material, but they are super easy to clean. I also have these shoes in black, but I just saw they now have them in silver! I may need to get these next!

The shoes don’t have an arch, like many flats. That can quickly be fixed with a flat shoe insert, which I bought here from Amazon. I need a little arch support in my shoes so these inserts are easy to pop in. The inserts have a sticky side so they will stay in your shoe.

 

I finished my outfit with some rose gold accessories. My bangles and ring are from Charming Charlie’s, I think I bought them last year. My necklace and earrings are from swarovski. The necklace is actually adjustable, move the top bead up and that allows the two other beads to dangle loosely

from their own string.

 

I kept my jewelry and even my makeup on the simple side today to go with my casual outfit.

This morning I did not want to get out of bed so this was a perfect yet cute outfit for work. What is your lazy day outfit of choice when in the office? Let me know in the comments!
